DC

hello peoples especially my DC folks. I am looking to buy some property in 14th St NW area here shortly, it is id say about 8-9 blocks north of Columbia Heights area. Is this a good area? Please let me know whats around and whats good. I know its a quick cab to Adams Morgan area which I like.

I currently live in the U st/Shaw area. I like it here a lot. I just want to be close to everything I’d rather walk than drive, and maybe even bike, but being drunk and biking never is a good idea.
