Notes/experience from someone with a weiner (I’m no sociologist):

There is no correlation between promiscuity and craziness in bed. I’ve dated serial monogamists who wanted to do shit even I wasn’t comfortable with and I’ve dated dirty, dirty women who sucked at anything that wasn’t missionary. In fact, girls who lean toward monogamy tend to get more comfortable with their partners and gain the confidence to try new things in bed.

This kind of perpetrates the myth that only dirty people have dirty sex and classier people have the “Lie back and think of England” style of sex. From my experience classier ladies tend to have wilder, better sex. It’s not that they’re hiding their sexuality—they’re just more nuanced at showing it. A girl who can walk smoothly in heels and a nice dress is about fifty times sexier than a girl who has her funbags hanging all out because she’s trying to flag down attention like an air traffic controller.

There’s a difference between willingness and want. If a girl wants to have freaky sex it’s a sign of confidence (the opposite is not true). If a woman is willing to have freaky sex against her preference it often means she’s looking for attention or to please. A woman may try things because she likes you and she’s a team player (you didn’t want to see Titanic, she didn’t want to walk funny) or she might be trying things because she’s desperate to keep you around and doesn’t have enough self-confidence (if I let him do this he’ll be less likely to stray for “good” sex). If you’ve got a woman doing things you’re not comfortable with and you’re not asserting yourself it’s likely you’re the one who lacks confidence.

If a girl is looking to try crazy shit in bed there’s a good chance she may not have done it before. Freaky stuff is very polarizing. A lot of girls who aren’t freaky aren’t less promiscuous, they’ve merely tried some stuff you’d be afraid to even consider and decided it’s not their cup of tea.

Good sex is mostly connection. Two people might have shitty sex together, but those two people might have good sex with other people. Banging is like conversation—just because you have nothing to say to each other doesn’t mean you’ve got nothing to say.

I’m willing to argue men have just as many fucked up self-esteem issues as women (present party included, also self-aware).

Ask Men and Cosmo are both fucking dumb. Get over it.
